Someday Hamilton Boulevard really may become more of a boulevard, evolving into a "downtown" business district in Upper and Lower Macungie townships.

A 22-year-old Wescosville man is in jail after being charged with raping a girl, 16, in his vehicle in Lower Macungie on March 1. Joshua W. James is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on April 3, according to a Morning Call report.
