Fall Carnival a success for Agnes Johnson School
The annual Agnes J. Johnson School Fall Carnival was held on Friday, October 16, in Weott.
Around 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10, the Scotia and Rio Dell Volunteer fire departments responded to a medium-sized brush fire on the east bank of Route 101, directly across from the Town of Scotia.
Agnes Johnson School's annual Fall Carnival is coming up this Friday, October 16.

WHAT YOU'LL SEE: The 31-mile Avenue of the Giants route is world renown for many of the tallest trees in the world.
Agnes J. Johnson School in Weott will play host to a Playground Day this Saturday, May 16, from 12:30-3:30 p.m. In addition to the play equipment permanently located at the school, some of which is shown here, there will be face painting and lots of arts and crafts for kids, a castle jumper, as well as games and other activities.
