Mullen's MediaHub Names Digital Chief

Julie Coulton joins Mullen's MediaHub. BOSTON Mullen said it has hired Julie Coulton as svp, director of digital media, a new position at the Wenham, Mass.-based IPG agency's MediaHub unit.
