Clinton County Sheriff's department is reporting a 9-1-1 outage for land-line phone users in the communities of Welton and Delmar in Iowa.

Two members of a Newton family were injured during a two-vehicle accident 28 miles northwest of Clinton Saturday, when their 2005 Chrysler Pacifica pulled out in front of a vehicle and was hit in the driver's side.
