Origin of Welch fire found, cause undetermined
WELCH, W.Va. -- State investigators have found the origin of a fire that destroyed a historic building in downtown Welch.

A fire that ravaged a downtown Welch building was extinguished at approximately 5 p.m., Tuesday evening according to officials with McDowell County Emergency Services.

A total of 7 departments have been called to the scene, which include Welch, Kimball, Keystone, and Pineville Fire Departments have been called to the scene.
