MARSHALL, Kenneth E., 58, died Thursday, June 25, 2009, at home in Weirton, W.Va. He was born September 28, 1950, in Wheeling, W.Va., a son of the late Kenneth Wagoner Marshall and Ola Nester Marshall of Triadelphia, W.Va. Kenneth was owner/operator truck driver.
