Who is responsible for a home built on a sink hole that is having problems?
The developer

The property owner is responsible for all repairs.
The house is situuated on property they bought, and here in Florida sinkholes can open up anywhere, anytime, its a shame but thats the chance you take when you live here. Thats why its important to have insurance with sinkhole coverage.

nature is responsible for it, but the insurance company is the one who pays the bill.

That is what folks get for living on the coast and I do mean on it. Its too close to the gulf.
Dont people realize that what is built on the water will one day wind up in the water.?

I dont know if it is written anywhere, but look at the coast of California. The houses go into the Pacific. Look at East coast of FL. Look at the panhandle of FL. Look at the outer banks of North Carolina. The houses are going when the sea is coming and trust me, its coming.

I wanted to move to Florida more than any other place in the US, but now I'm not so sure. I just returned from Texas and it's beginning to look great. The people there are wonderful. I have till January to make up my mind.

She's almost 18 and will be attending West Point Mil. Academy near Bear Mt., NY.

I don't need the 5 bedroom house anymore. My life is supposed to get just a little bit easier at this stage. If I have to work I'm interested in becoming a part time X-Ray tech. It involves a 2 yr school. It's inside and clean work.

I need a man like I need a horse. They look good but they're all nuts.

Hell, Denise with Mayor Mike sending all the homeless to Florida, you would feel right at home down here. Please before you decide, take a hard look at the area you would like to go to, research, reseach and visit, stay awhile if you can. Once you uproot its hard to get back.

Mike is sending them anywhere in the world they wish to go. Not just FL. Yep, you should really be sure about a move, it involves a major lifestyle change in most cases, especially NY to FL.

Middle class, taxpaying, working-slobs, don't get any trips from Mayor Bloomturd, but he gives airline tickets to the homeless crackheads who are leaches to society.

Rev Jesse Jackson was right.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Aries

The behaviour of somebody around you (most probably your partner or family member) may be rather irrational today. Alternatively, a surprise involving one of these people is possible. Try to keep your domestic plans reasonably flexible to cover all possible outcomes. The focus is on improving your relationship with your partner or with friends today. Any outings should go very smoothly.
