Authorities are taking a closer look into the apparent drowning death of a 29-year-old Webb man.
Authorities were called to the second drowning within a week Tuesday evening. Houston County Coroner Robert Byrd said authorities were called to a pond in Webb after James Edward Herring II, 29, had apparently drowned.
