Today, Mark A. Nickelson, 53, of Waynoka, Oklahoma, was sentenced by Chief United States District Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange to 33 months in federal prison for defrauding his former employer, Alva State Bank and Trust Company, announced Robert J. Troester, Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma.
