This is right in front of My brothers house ,So I hope It is no big deal ,He is in a wheelchair and if something happened It would be harder for him to get away,I don't know that it would make a train derail but It doesn't seem safe.

you can contact the ntsb (national transportation safety board) or the fra (federal railroad administration) about these issues and see if something can be done. The monitor everything from rails to trains to trucks on safety.
