Deputies said two neighbors that live on Skillet Road in Waterloo got into a fight that led to the death of one of the men about 8 p.m. Sunday.

A well-know local woman and firefighter were among the three people killed in a wreck on Belfast Road Wednesday.

Firefighters were called to a Waterloo home Monday night where they battled a blaze and pulled a body from inside.

The call came in just after 9 p.m. about a fire on Pamela Drive in Waterloo. The first reports indicated that someone was trapped inside, but firefighters were not able to enter the home for several hours because it was too hot.
