Country's top dog found at Waskom Police Department

When it comes to police canines, Waskom, Texas has the country's top dog. The department's Belgium Malinois "Harley" placed first in the National Narcotic Detector Dog Association's competition.

Its not all dog, A dog has to have a good handler to be an effective and efficient tool. I have seen many good dogs ruined by bad handlers. i would like to congradulate you!
