Riders Prepare for Ride for Missing Children
Riders brought their bikes to the Valentino Banquet Hall in Washington Mills, on Thursday, in preparation for the 17th annual "Ride For Missing Children." What started out as seven men biking from Utica to Washington D.C. In 1995 has expanded tremendously over the past seventeen years to four hundred and eighty riders.
Bridge Deck Replacement On Route 8 Over S&W Railroad
Starting today, traffic heading northbound on the bridge carrying Route 8 over the S&W Railroad between New Hartford and Washington Mills will be shifted to the southbound bridge.
Packy's Pub is place to be on St. Patrick's Day
Many bars in Central New York are hosting St. Patrick's Day celebrations, including at Packy's Pub in Washington Mills.
