Why on earth would they let him resign in exchange for dropped criminal charges, just to go to another school and start over...it happens all the time. If he committed a crime, he needs to be punished not rewarded for bad behavior. They certainly don't let students who break the rules off so easy.

This wasn't the first school for this guy. He was accused at his prior job. Whether true or not it seems he is getting the publicity of doing it at his second school. We can certainly draw our own conclusions on it.
