Police identify woman shot by man who mistook gun for cigarette lighter
Douglas, 23, is being held on $100,000 bail. - Corpus Christi police have identified a woman shot and killed Friday night by a man who told police he thought he was pulling the trigger of a gun-shaped cigarette lighter.
Grand jury clears officer in shooting
A Moore County grand jury has determined a Dumas police officer was justified in the fatal shooting last month of a man who police say was involved in a domestic dispute.
