US Sen. Rockefeller commemorates West Virginia Day with Congressional Record letter

Sen. Jay Rockefeller wants the nation to take notice of West Virginia Day. The West Virginia Democrat said he'll submit a statement into the Congressional Record this week in celebration of the state's creation as the nation was divided by the Civil War.
