WALSENBURG, Colo. - Court officials in Colorado say one of three siblings accused in a multi-state crime spree has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.

Two of the notorious Dougherty siblings appeared in court Monday morning, but decisions about taking their cases to trial were postponed.

WALSENBURG, CO -- Two Florida brothers who ran from the law during a multi-state alleged crime spree were in a Colorado courtroom Monday morning but their hearings to enter a plea or advise a judge of the resolution of their Colorado case was postponed.

One of three siblings who was part of a multistate crime spree and nationwide manhunt planned to escape from a Colorado jail with his sister, telling jailers that he had enjoyed his stay, authorities said in a document released Friday.

Police in Walsenburg are asking for help finding two suspects who took a whole cash register from a travel plaza overnight.
