Police seize $25 million worth of marijuana in Diamond Bar

Police on Wednesday pulled up 7,621 marijuana plants growing in Sycamore Canyon just 300 feet from a residential neighborhood, officials said.

Mexico can kiss my American a$$. They should process all this weed and sell it to medical marijuana dispensaries.

In a year when we are cutting funding to essential programs like education, is it really a good use of resources to continue the marijuana eradication program? Killing 7,621 plants has no effect on making marijuana less available to high school kids. Why don't we spend the money on education instead so those kids can get better jobs?

I agree. Any seized "illegal" grow operation should be sold to dispensaries. The county could sell to dispensaries (i suggest a bit lower than current market value)... the county makes some money in these hard times and the dispensaries have a supply they can sell to patients at hopefully a lower price regardless of strain quality.

I'd name is LAPD OG KUSH if that was the strain. Or, have someone make up some edibles such as Bacca Brownies.

Here's a case of endless opportunities for the county.

But, of course, they be stupid and just burn it all.

But, being stupid, I bet they just burn it.
