Jan 13, 2011 - Small family-run farms have been under economic fire since the 1970s, and with accelerating rates of farm foreclosures, it won't be long before your only option for "fresh" food in Utah will be what's sold by a large farm practicing the questionable industrial-sized farming techniques born of the agribusiness food model.
