A 95mph gust also was reported at Waldport. Garibaldi received an 89mph gust. Significant power outages occurred at Seaside, Forest Grove, Oregon City, Kalama, and scattered portions of Clackamas County.

A powerful storm slammed the Oregon coast, leaving several rivers at or near flood stage Tuesday.
