Citations for Drinking After Hours An employee of Pub 222 who was allegedly drinking beer after the bar closed has led to citations for the employee and a manager.

ST. CHARLES – A downtown St. Charles restaurant has been referred to the city's liquor commission after police said an employee was drinking beer in the establishment after it had closed.
