Waddington churcha s namesake statue restored

A statue of St. Mary that was knocked over and smashed has been restored at its original location in front of St. Mary's Church, 34 Oak St. The statue, which stands in the church yard near the intersection of Oak Street and Route 37, was knocked off its base and split into several pieces in an apparent act of vandalism one year ago.
