A Massena man was charged with speeding and driving while impaired by drugs following a traffic stop on State Highway 37 Friday at 1:33 p.m. Dale W. Ashlaw, 45, was charged with speeding and driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Andrew J. Loeffler, 17, of Hermon and Dennis R. Cowner, 23 of Antwerp were involved in a minor accident Wendesday in the town of Russell.
