Isn't this service provided to Ruidoso, Ruidoso Downs, Capitan and Carrizozo? Is any part of Lincoln County, outside the towns and villages, being served? I'm wondering why the county is paying for it when Capitan and Carrizozo aren't. Doesn't seem quite right somehow.

This might help the elderly people and those with 4 dui's to go and get their groceries. Prolly a dandy idea here.

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Leo

If you're worried about running up big debts in what is usually one of the most expensive months of the year, start keeping a running total of how much money you've spent so far. You might have to restrict the amount you spend on Christmas presents, or make other savings in order to stay within your budget, but you realize the folly of ending up severely out of pocket.
