Arrests Eric Eugene Neal, 41, Vina, was arrested Wednesday night by the TCSD on South Avenue on suspicion of failing to appear in court twice, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, using another person's identity, failing to provide financial documentation for his vehicle, grand theft and petty theft.
