I would love to know what Ronnie Landreneau has done to charge this recreational board over $8000.00 so far. It seems to me that he should have donated his time towards this recreational board so that money could be spent towards the complex. Don't you think>

I don't think he should do it for free. And you post a question about his work without knowing any facts about what it consist of. If you want to look at the big picture on the recreational board go look at what Charles Buller appraaised the land for 5 years ago when Greg Ardoin baught it and what it appaised for when he sold it and supposeably made him a great deal!!!$8000.00 for engineering work is nothing compared to that. about 800% increase in value for property is crazy
