Short films -- a cinematic art form that doesn't get much respect in most commercial theaters -- are on display at the Tivoli Theatre in Westport. It's screening all 10 of this year's Oscar-nominated short films. They're being shown in two programs, one of animation and one of live-action. The programs have separate admissions.
