FREMONT -- Police are investigating an alleged assault at the Vickery Tavern on Friday morning.

VANDALISM At 5:19 p.m., a resident of the 400 block of Cole Road in Ball-ville Township reported that a snowman lawn decoration had been vandalized beyond repair.

It's no longer the Clyde cancer cluster. The Ohio Department of Health, which has been investigating a series of child cancer cases in eastern Sandusky County for a couple of years, is widening its scope.

Sandusky county sheriff Sunday ASSAULT - 2:02 a.m., Fremont police requested a squad for a woman who had been assaulted and had head injuries, 500 block of West State Street.
