Man Hurt In Boone County Tow Truck Accident

The accident happened at about 9:50 a.m. on Kentucky 14 in Verona. Police say William Tagget, 50, was traveling eastbound on Verona Mudlick Road between Inverness Road and Porter Road in a 1980 Ford rollback tow truck when he left the roadway.

Driver injured in N.Ky. truck accident

A flatbed truck towing a minivan was traveling on Verona Mudlick Road in Verona, Ky., when the driver lost control of the vehicle and collided into a fence around 10 a.m., according to Verona Fire Chief David Jones.
