Sussex County Prosecutor David J. Weaver announced that the Sussex County Grand Jury handed up an indictment to the Honorable N. Peter Conforti, JSC, at the courthouse in Newton on May 3. The indictment charges Richard Dobrowolski, age 43, of Vernon, N.J., with six Counts of Violating Community Supervision for Life, all fourth degree crimes.
