Buick Hits Numerous Obstacles Killing Driver VENUS, FL. -- According to the crash report by FHP Master Sergeant D. W. Taylor, a 2002 Buick was traveling eastbound Sunday about 5:07 p.m. on State Road 70 at Robert McGee Road in Highlands county when the left rear tire blew out.

Highway Patrol Cpl. Larry McClellan Jr.'s report showed Percy Wingo Jr., 85, of Lake Placid, was eastbound on S.R. 70 in a 1999 International truck.
