A* Francisco Velez Acevedo, 18, 1224 MLK Blvd., Apt. B, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.
