Hawthorne to run for county clerk

Janice Hawthorne, office manager in the County Attorney s office, declared her candidacy for the position of County Clerk in a Monday, June 15 news release.

It's a shame we can't get Gayle Denn out sooner. She is the biggest joke in the county.
She avearages about 2 days per week or less in the office and still collects a paycheck.
She does not deserve to keep her job one more year or to retire with county benefits.
Funny how she announced her retirement the minute she found out she would have an opponent in the next election. It's about time county officlas took action! Good luck Janice!
