Jennifer had lost a baby a week or two prior to the accident.
Yes, Justin was driving. He received moderate injuries. I have heard he is looking at Involuntary Man Slaughter charges, but I don't know if that is 100% true or not. The family is still getting details of the accident. |

I know both Jen and justin where in the wrong in what they where doing. but now she has paid her debt. Justin will need to pay his. I just know he was driving because Jenn didn't drive in the city , she hardly was seen driving around here justi had been doing all the driving. His brother [dustin] saying that justin lost the love of his life.Well the love of his life was somes wife. I didnt see him at the funeral. where was he. |

1 SJE GOT IN THAT CAR KNOWING HE WAS MESSED UP I AM SURE SHE WAS TOO IF THE TRUTH BE KNOWN. HER TOX REPORT HASN'T BEEN RELEASED. SO HE SHOULDN'T BE CHARGED WITH HER DEATH. SHE PUT HER LIFE IN JEOPARDY WHEN SHE GOT IN THE VECHILE WITH SOMEONE UNDER THE INFLUENCE. FROM WHAT I HEAR THEIR MARRIAGE WAS OVER AND IT SEEMS HER FAMILY IS SHUNNING THIS MAN.BESIDES THE FUNERAL WAS IN THE PAPER AFTER THE SERVICE. I NOW ALOT PEOPLE THAT DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT IT, THAT KNEW HER. YES HE SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH DWI AND THOSE CHARGES BUT NOT WITH HER DEATH. I AM A BIG SUPPORTER OF STRICT LAWS AGAINST DWI BUT SHE PLACED HERSELF IN THAT SITUATION. IF A INNOCENT VICTIM HAD BEEN KILLED THAT WOULD BE DIFFERENT. I AM SURE THIS GUY IS IN ENOUGH PAIN OVER HER DEATH. |

that's what happens when people get bored in a small town ...everything is stretched i heard 3 different stories before i got the truth.the only reason I'm on here is to defend my friends...your right forget it.if ya can't say something comforting don't say anything at all. if people would spend more time worrying about how to help others as they do gossip... Jennifer's family is not shunning Justin's family. They are all still in shock over her sudden death. They know he is having a hard time with this because he wanted to marry her. They were going to have a baby together and she was so happy but they lost it like a couple of weeks before she was killed. It is a sad situation for both familys, please find something else to talk about for their sakes.
