A preliminary storm survey assessment by the National Weather Service has confirmed that a small tornado touched down in rural DeKalb County on Saturday.
A line of severe thunderstorms that had the potential to produce tornadoes pushed through DeKalb County with reports of strong wind and hail, forecasters said.
