The 12th annual Art on the Half Shell fine arts and crafts festival in Urbanna will feature works by 33 exhibitors on Saturday, May 12, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The festival will be held rain or shine.

On Monday, May 21, the National Alliance on Mental Illness , Mid-Tidewater Chapter, serving the counties of Westmoreland, Lancaster, Richmond, Northumberland, Middlesex, King and Queen, King William, Essex, Mathews and Gloucester, will meet at 7 p.m. at Urbanna Baptist Church.
