Main Streets celebrate across Tennessee

That is all they are doing. I am a merchant with downtown Union City and I have not seen much that shows Christmas spirt. Half of Union City have no idea what the downtown merchants hae to offer. Main Street, Glenda Crisp does nothing to help the merchants with advertising. She states that is not her job, but she send a brochure out to the main street members stating that was #2 on her list. Glenda has been invited to several meeting with the merchants and she has not attended a single one. We need to get Glenda out of there and put someone in that will honeslty do their job instead of sitting in her office, when you can find her there, we have inested alot of money downtown to promote our businesses and it is her job to help with that. Dont get me wrong she will help with cornfest and advertise for them but that is about it.

Well downtown will never succeed with her in charge all she cares about is her high class friends and to hell with those that are trying to make a living and bring businesses to this dead town......she needs to be replaced

I wish Greeneville Tennessee was proud enough of their Main Street enough to had signs showing where their main street turns onto during this I40 traffic re-route.

The only thing she is trying to do is take our membership fees and give nothing in return.

Jim you can contact your chamber and get the name and number of who is over your main street..each town should have a director. The merchants in our downtown area are doing all the work and forking out all the money while she sets up in her nicely decorated office, what time she is there. She has donw NOTHING for downtown, the merchants have
