According to Union City police, David Cranford, 45, of South Fulton, was pronounced dead at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital at approximately 11:45 a.m. Police have now charged Rollie Edmiaston Jr., 34, Sean Woodruff, 31, and his brother Jeff Woodruff, 26, all of Union City, with second degree murder and aggravated assault.

TROY, Tenn. - A couple hundred Trojans watched from the sidelines today as members of the 101st Airborne Division air assaulted into their town.

The arrival of about 150 soldiers from Fort Campbell on Wednesday became somewhat of a spectacle for this rural northwest Tennessee town of only 1,200. The soldiers assigned to the 1st Brigade Combat Team and 101st Combat Aviation Brigade used Troy, located about 10 miles from Union City, as a training site.
It was a training exercise for the 101st Airborne Division out of Fort Campbell.
