Underhill voters reject zoning changes by narrow margin
Underhill voters narrowly defeated all three ballot questions having to do with changing the zoning in the Underhill Flats and Underhill Center districts, rejecting town officials' contention the changes would make it easier for residents in the district to renovate their homes -- and would match the zoning to the existing conditions.
