Submitted by Tammie Calder on November 29, 2010 - 6:00am. Looking Back 25 YEARS AGO The Falls broke a 27-year record this morning, hitting 28 degrees below zero, breaking the previous record set on this date in 1958 of 26 below, according to the National Weather Service.
