A 24-year-old Ulen man is dead after the tractor he was using to move snow rolled, trapping him.

Deputies are keeping an eye out for a man who exposed himself to a jogger. Clay County Sheriff Bill Bergquist says the woman was jogging in Ulen, Minnesota around eight last night when it happened.
