Who's Who at the city of Ukiah

Does anyone know if Mark Ashiku succesfully settled with Mr. stump and the City and County for the malicious prosecution of Dr. Ashiku?

I wonder why Mr. Stump is still there..he's at-will, and Carl Tuliback testified in behalf of Mark Ashiku. I hope Mark gets 500k from the City for the troble and anguish that they caused him. I also wish that Mark could sue the late Nerm Vermin's estate.

Yea, a lot of people wonder why Mr. Stump is still employed at the City of Ukiah......seems like a continuing big liability for the City.

Ashiku was financially devastated by the cost of defense. The house is still unfinished as a result of the crater left by the costs. Staring down the barrel of another lawsuit – this time against the city of Ukiah was just too much for him. The bureaucrats would not have picked up the tab, it would have been the tax payers. I think Ashiku did us a disservice by not bringing the city's crimes to light. Ashiku decided that having proven his case and proved Mr. Stump to have lied was enough for him. As to why Stump has not been fired – he got lost in the management shuffle - when the city got rid of Horsley then had a temporary manager and then Chambers.

Chambers seems to be stockpiling dead wood – for what I can not guess. Stump, Sanjacamo, Erickson, and Raport to name a few. Oh well. Welcome to Ukiah.
