New plaza opening at Tustin Library, City Hall

TUSTIN A new plaza and parking lot connected to the Tustin Library and Civic Center will open on Saturday with a dedication ceremony at 10 a.m. The three months of construction began after library staff moved into the $29.3 million, 32,000-square-foot library building at 345 Main St., which opened in August.
