U.S. Route One, Kittery, ME - At about 10:35 a.m. the Kittery Police Department arrested Steven G. Dolloff, age 54, of Turner, Maine as a Fugitive from Justice.

A local man was taken into custody early Tuesday morning after holding authorities at bay for nearly 14 hours.
