Gunfire In Troy - Two Shot, One Dead :
“We're saddened that this occurred on streets that we feel were lawful and under control.”
The shots were fired around 4:45 on 2nd Avenue near 118th Street. Police called it a shootout - one that left bullet fragments and shell casings scattered on the avenue. via CBS 6 Albany
