Willey's Hickok show coming to Mendota
A 2010 drive through Troy Grove had quite an impact on Walt Willey. On his way back from picking up his wife Marie and daughter Merit at Mendota's Amtrak station to see the Riverfest production of "Arsenic and Old Lace," the actor went by Troy Grove and saw a sign noting it was the birthplace of Old West legend Wild Bill Hickok.
