This is a good example of what happens when your parents baby you, and dont allow you to take responsibility for turning into a bad apple. This kid has been going down hill for a few years, and his pop would say, my Peter didnt do that, or he wouldnt do something like that. Well time to wake up and stop denying the truth.....no denying hes a bad apple this time.

Unfortunately I don't think this kid understood the true magnitude of what he was doing. Never the less he needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Perhaps the schools need to have some type of education on the seriousness of these actions since the parents did not convey this properly.

The fact is, he knew what he was doing and didn't care about anyone or anything. He thought it would be fun to evacuate the school. Problem is, while the emergency personnel was responding to the school, they weren't available for a true emergency. Furthermore, there was an huge cost to the school in transportion, lunches, and missed classes. Poor Man is correct, this kid is just a bad apple, with bad parents.

Peter has wonderful parents who have taught him right from wrong. Lucky for all of you if your children are perfect. Fact is children do make mistakes and if you think yours' haven't you are niave'. Peter may have made a mistake but he is still loved very much. Correct me if I am wrong, are you not innocent until proven guilty in this country?

I think people shouldn't do something like that especially kids, but I think that they'll have to pay the price. If they don't, then they'll turn into a bank robber or something.
