Florida Man Charged with Homicide in Fatal Accident

Pennsylvania State Police say a Florida man, 28 year old Richard James Finch, was behind the wheel and drunk when his 1989 GMC Suburban sideswiped one vehicle and hit another headonTuesday morning in along route 443 in Union Township, Lebanon County .
