Speaking of disgrace, is it the one who tags on a piece of stone, or the guy who sent those good folks to die.

It's the one who tags the piece of stone that is the disgrace. The ones who sent those good folks to die did so despite the difficulty of doing so. No man sends soldiers to do the work of the country lightly, but he does so out of responsibility to the citizens of the United States. Even the ones who have nothing to do but to criticize those responsible for your right to do so.

If you've served your country Electme, then you know you signed on the dotted line saying you would fight (and possibly die) for your country when ordered. It didn't say you get to choose when/where and for who you'd fight.
To disgrace a person who upheld his word and honor by doing exactly what he promised his country to do is unmentionable.
