Jared W. Sneed, 32, was driving the ATV up a steep hill in a wooded area when the vehicle flipped and landed on top of him, according to a news release from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.

Ruthanne Gordon, of WISH TV, reports that according to Indiana State Police, motorists were trying to yield to a trooper who had a driver stopped, when a semi hit the back of a Suburban driven by Kelly C. Bowers of Edinburgh, Indiana.
