Police allege that a drunken driver was caught on Wednesday, May 2 when an officer took note of a 2008 Chevy Cobalt speeding north on West Parkway at almost 10 p.m. In speaking to driver Theresa E. Deley, 57, of Towaco, the patrolman allegedly smelled alcohol on her breath and observed an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.
